Registrations

Please read through the following important information first.

 

PPTA Members

The PPTA has secured funding to offer post-primary teachers a grant to attend a subject association event. This grant is to support your professional learning and development at conferences, workshops or events. It can be used to cover registration, travel, meals, childcare and accommodation to a total value of $700 (including GST). The grant cannot be used to cover relief. Before applying for a grant, you will need to be pre-approved, so PPTA can confirm the availability of annual funding and our event’s eligibility. This way you can be assured of reimbursement once the event has concluded.

This event can only be held at the ORANGE or GREEN Covid-19 Protection Framework level.

 

Registration fees

Fees are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (NZ Goods and Services Tax) calculated @ 15%.

Members are those that have a 2022 subscription with either Physical Education New Zealand, Education Outdoors New Zealand or New Zealand Health Education Association.

 

MEMBER FEE                      $402.50

NON MEMBER FEE             $517.50

PRESENTER FEE                   $287.50

Confirmations

Upon receipt of a registration a confirmation email will be issued directly to the attendee confirming their registration details. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued directly to the school/organisation included on the registration form.

 

Cancellations

All cancellations of registration should be sent in writing to EventMergers prior to 5pm on 1 July 2022. Cancellations received prior to this date will receive a refund less an administration fee of $150 including GST. Regrettably, cancellations after this date cannot be refunded. A transfer of a registration to another person may be considered on application to our conference managers.

The conference programme and registration form are correct as at the date of release. However, the Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to change the conference programme and registration form at any time.

 

The Conference Organising Committee and EventMergers shall not be responsible for any costs and/or damages arising from any action based on the information contained in the conference brochure and registration form. During the course of the conference and social functions we may take photographs for use on the conference website www.nzsecondarypld.com or in other promotional material.
