| 2.30pm | Pop into the Energy Events Centre to collect your event name badge, venue map and programme. Say hello to old friends, meet new ones and check out the sponsors and exhibitors. | ||||||
| 4.30pm | Coaches leave from the Energy Event Centre for a very special welcome function and visitor experience at Te Puia, one of New Zealand’s most magnificent geothermal wonderlands – featuring dramatic geysers, mud pools, and beautiful native bush. | ||||||
| 5.00pm | Upon arrival at Te Puia, you will be welcomed with a mihi whakatau followed by a welcome by Her Worship the Mayor of Rotorua, Hon Steve Chadwick. Then embark on a guided evening trail experience – hear the stories of the past and feel the beauty of Pōhutu in an interactive journey guided by light. |

| After the evening trail experience concludes we’ll serve canapés and an arrival drink, followed by a cash bar. A fabulous opportunity to make new connections and catch up with fellow teachers. | |||||||
| 7.15pm | Return coaches will depart Te Puia for the Energy Events Centre, and Rotorua central city | ||||||
| 7.40pm ish | Attendees make own arangements for evening | ||||||
